openhouse gallery indoor park with sprout and adge followed by steaming bowls of ramen. a long walk to chinatown to drop off my $10 lafont frame at optical 88. amazing egg custard from tai pan. sprout conked out on the train and i could not get her to wake-up for 5 minutes. cheese/meat/egg CSA pick-up and a bus ride home.

yesterday, on the train, a homeless man was dozing off, covered in crap from the waist down. it was trickling down his legs onto his white (grey) sneakers. he had a can of dole pineapple chunks and an extra jacket resting on the seat next to him. he smelled horrible and eloise loudly exlaimed "YUCK!". it was thoroughly depressing. this is going to ( Read more... )

eloise hates being strapped into her stroller. we made a pact that i won't use top straps and will only buckle one bottom side strap. this morning we had a date with hot chocolate and a couple friends. on the corner of 14th and 5th, the stroller wheels couldn't power through 8 inches of motor slush, and she flew face first into a cold dirty puddle ( Read more... )
